These Terms & Conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions of the Atlantica Loyalty Club Scheme.

1. Program Characteristics

The Atlantica Loyalty Club is offered exclusively by Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the company that manages the loyalty program only for customers of Atlantica Hotels & Resorts.

The program is designed to enable members of the Atlantica Loyalty Club to benefit from the advantages outlined on the below sections when they stay at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts in Cyprus and Greece.

The program is dedicated to Atlantica customers, aged 18 or over. The printable loyalty card is free of charge, nominative and strictly personal. It may not be sold or lent. It does not constitute as a means of payment. Each card is inscribed with the holder's name and the individual identification number. The membership is personal and is available only to individuals. Not to families, companies, partnerships, associations, groups or other entities.

Members accept that the program may be partially or totally modified at any time and without notice. In this case, holders will be notified of the new General Terms and Conditions and the date on which they become effective. Notification will be sent by e-mail to the address specified at registration or that has been updated with the Atlantica Loyalty Club department. However, we accept no liability for correspondence lost or delayed in the postal system or via electronic mail. Each Member is responsible for updating his/her information on the official website or by emailing clubs@atlanticahotels.com.

The Program reserves the right to change the printed and online offers at any time and to correct any typographical errors of description, or errors regarding participating properties at any time without informing members.

All details mentioned in the website supersede anything appearing in any printed or other material of the Program and form part of these Conditions of Membership.

2. Program Membership and Card Attribution

Any individual fulfilling the required conditions who wishes to enter the Atlantica Loyalty Club should complete the online registration form via the www.atlanticahotels.com or other related links provided by the website.

Upon a successful registration, Level 1 customers will receive their personalized card via e-mail in a PDF format (printable wallet size paper).

The Atlantica Loyalty Club has no expiry date. Should a new Card be requested, previously accrued Compliment Points will be transferred to the new cards account. Compliment Points may not be transferred to another holder.

The Atlantica Loyalty Club comprises of 3 Tier Levels including Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3:

Level 1 Members

All new members to the club or anyone with a total of up to 6 nights stay at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts participating on the program*.

Level 2 Members

All members of the club with stays between 7-35 nights in total at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts participating on the program*.

Level 3 Members

All members of the club with 36 nights or more at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts participating on the program*.

*Nights are counted from any stays you may have at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts participating on the program. Hotels in Egypt are not participating on the program.

Printable cards vary per level and can be printed once logged in to the personal account via the website provided by the Program.

4. Earning Compliment Points

The below applies for reservations made via atlanticahotels.com/email/phone/ in person:
For any stays booked with any of the above methods at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts participating on the program in Cyprus and Greece, that includes at least one paying night spent, the cardholder will be credited with Compliments Points, on the basis of 1 Point per any eligible expense of 1€.

The below applies for reservations made via Tour Operators (e.g. TUI), Online Tour Operators (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia), and Travel Agents:
If the accommodation is booked with any of the above methods, the cardholder will receive 200 Compliment Points after each stay in any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts participating on the program, within Cyprus or Greece.

All members will also have the benefit to receive 1 Compliment Point for every 1€ spent in the hotel for extra expenses. The expenses should be charged on the room bill and they can be as per below:

  • Food & drinks in the hotel restaurants and bars
  • Birthday Cakes/Sparkling Wines/ Room Service/ other in room amenities
  • Laundry and dry cleaning
  • Telephone charges/Late check out/Room upgrade/Safe Box
  • Any other expenses that are invoiced directly by the hotel

As the Program is intended for individual customers of Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, no Compliment Points will be credited for expenses incurred during corporate seminars, banquets, or any other event, even of a private nature, that gives rise to an aggregate settlement by the holder. Likewise, expenses related to spa treatments, local tax, or other 3rd party service providers or outings organized by the hotel will not be entitled to the award
of Compliment Points.

Points will be credited only to one card for each room bill. The points will be credited to the main name on the reservation. Points cannot be credited for visits to a hotel before the guest completes the loyalty registration process.

Members will not earn points when making a reservation for another person even if the reservation is in the Member's name.

Program reserves the right to correct any Program Point values or statements at any time or when the error is realized.

Non-eligible accommodation rates (therefore without receiving any points) are defined as:
-Airline crew rates
-Travel industry employee rates
-When the Member's accommodation is paid by other party with special rates (e.g. company
events, conferences, corporates)
-Barter, complimentary and redemption (free) stays.

All Members should demonstrate their Atlantica Loyalty Card or their unique number upon check-in or check-out in order for the points to be credited to their account at the end of the stay.

5. Redeeming Compliment Points

Level 1, 2 & 3 Members are entitled to redeem any valid points active on the account towards free nights, money vouchers/discount on their extras* during their stay in the Hotel.

5.1 Redeeming points for free accommodation nights

For Standard Double Room you will need:
- 6.000 points per night on All Inclusive basis (for 2 adults)
- 3.000 points for extra adult on room where applicable (on All Inclusive)
- Extra child will stay for free (up to 12 years of age)
- For Family Standard Room you will need:
- 12.000 points per night on All Inclusive basis (2 adults + 2 children up to 12 years
of age)

The maximum amount of free nights to be redeemed is 7.

Redemption of Compliment Points towards free nights can be done online via the booking engine of atlanticahotels.com and are subject to availability which may limit offering all products and services offered by the Atlantica Loyalty Club. Redemption may also be limited during certain times of the year.

The standard Hotel's cancellation policy will apply to Loyalty reservations. Based on all minimum length of stay requirements, charges for late cancellation, no-shows and early checkout.

All Program benefits are valid during the free stay. Points will not be credited during a free stay. In the event of no show, all points will be deducted from the account.

5.2 Redeeming points for in hotel services/extras

The cardholder must inform the reception at the time of check-out that they wish to redeem Compliment Points from their account and present their Loyalty Card or Unique Membership Number. Compliment Points cannot be redeemed for any stays prior to registration on the Atlantica Loyalty Club.

Inactive Members are not eligible to redeem points for free nights until their membership has been re-activated.

In order to qualify for a redemption offer, the Member must have sufficient Points in their account before the requested redemption date. Points collected during current stays cannot be redeemed.

Points can be redeemed only for expenses that are charged directly on the room bill and they can be as per below:

I. Accommodation cost, Food & drinks in the hotel restaurants and bars
II. Birthday Cakes/Sparkling Wines/ Room Service/ other in room amenities
III. Laundry and dry cleaning
IV. Telephone charges/Late check out/Room upgrade/Safe Box
V. Any other expenses that are invoiced directly by the hotel

6. Missing Points

If the Member wishes to claim any adjustment to the number of Points credited or previous stays at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts in Greece and Cyprus, the Member must do so within twelve months from date of any Hotel visit, by email to clubs@atlanticahotels.com with a copy of the bill
for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Points, or by submitting a claim form on the Loyalty Portal. Failure to supply the adequate documentation may result in the denial of such Points' credit. Program reserves the right to decline any retroactive Points requests.

7. Card Withdrawal

Cancellation of the card, due to fraudulent use, will result in the correlative and immediate cancellation of all compliments points accumulated by the holder. The holder will not be entitled under any circumstances to claim compensation.

8. Other

In the event of litigation between a holder and Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement. CYPRIOT LAW WILL BE THE ONLY APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. Any dispute or litigation relating to these general Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through an amicable settlement between the parties shall be submitted to the competent Nicosia courts.

9. Data Protection

By submitting their information on the Atlantica Loyalty Club Program, the Members indicate their consent for Atlantica Hotel Management Limited to process their personal details in relation to their membership to the Program. Our company collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy, with Members' explicit and specific consent and for a specified purpose. Each holder may also request at any time the immediate cancellation of the account by sending an e-mail to the Atlantica Loyalty Club department at clubs@atlanticahotels.com.
